Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef (browned with onion)
- 2 15 oz. cans black beans (undrained)
- 2 15 oz. cans cream style corn
- 2 10 oz. cans Rotel Original Tomatoes (undrained)
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
Directions
- In one large skillet: Brown ground beef and onions.
- Add all canned ingredients.
- Cube and add cream cheese.
4. Heat and stir until all blended, warm and bubbly (photo before blending/warming).
