At Triangle Ranch Bed & Breakfast, we want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. The following information outlines our terms, guest policies, and available amenities to help you plan your visit with confidence.
Reservations and Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash as forms of payment.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay.
Gift certificates are available and make a thoughtful way to share the Triangle Ranch experience.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, as well as early departures or same-day cancellations, are charged the full amount of the reservation.
Minimum Stays
A two-night minimum stay is required for the Carriage House and the Cabin Under the Hill.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in begins after 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Early check-in may be available with prior arrangement.
Please call if you expect to arrive after 9:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time.
Rates and Specials
Discounted rates may be available through our multiple-night special packages. Please inquire when booking for current offers.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included for guests staying in the Main House.
Cabin guests may reserve breakfast in advance at the following rates: $18 per adult and $15 per grade school age child.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Conventional outlet car charging is available for $35 per night. Please notify us in advance if you plan to charge a vehicle during your stay.
Children and Pets
Children are welcome at Triangle Ranch Bed & Breakfast.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Common Area Amenities
Guests are invited to enjoy the shared spaces throughout the property, including:
• Wireless Internet
• Satellite TV
• Stereo and games area
• Fireplace
• Extensive Western library
Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy the natural beauty and recreation available on the ranch grounds:
• Picnic areas and grilling patio
• Fire pit and seating (available when no burn ban is in effect)
• Horseshoes, cornhole, and croquet
• Children’s playground
• Hiking, fossil, and rock hunting areas
• Biking maps available
Lodging Availability
Private guest rooms in the Main House are available year-round.
The Carriage House and Cabin Under the Hill are available from April 1 through December 31.
Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Property Guidelines
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you respect the property, furnishings, and other guests during your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside any building. Please observe posted safety instructions, fire restrictions, and local regulations.
Liability Disclaimer
Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. Triangle Ranch Bed & Breakfast is not liable for loss, theft, or injury resulting from the use of the property or amenities.
Policy Updates
Triangle Ranch Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
