Triangle Ranch Ham & Broccoli Bake
This hearty make-ahead casserole layers cubed bread, turkey ham, broccoli, onion, and cheddar cheese, then is soaked in an egg-and-milk mixture and baked until golden and set—perfect for feeding a crowd at breakfast or brunch.
Triangle Ranch Best Apple Pie
This classic double-crust apple pie features a tender homemade Crisco crust filled with tart apples tossed in sugar, cinnamon, and flour, then baked until bubbly and golden—yielding two 9-inch pies that taste like a nostalgic family favorite.
Amy’s Baked Omelet
Great for groups who may be breakfasting at separate times. No need to stand over the grill.
Triangle Ranch Raspberry Cream French Toast
This stuffed french toast is the easy “overnight” variety combining the flavors of grandma’s bread pudding, a fruit danish pastry and a carmel roll. Too good for just breakfast. Can be a dessert topped with ice cream.
Edie’s Butter Dips
These quick, buttery drop biscuits are made by melting butter in a pan, then adding spoonfuls of a simple flour, sugar, and milk batter to bake until golden—perfect for pulling apart and serving warm, especially with honey.
Triangle Ranch Southwest Blackbean Soup
This hearty, quick-to-make soup combines browned ground beef and onions with black beans, cream-style corn, Rotel tomatoes, and cream cheese for a creamy, flavorful Southwest-style dish that serves 8–10.
